Running is one of my favourite things to do! I ran my fourth full course marathon, the ING Hartford Marathon on October 15th. I met a friend of mine from the Seoul Flyers to run together. It was so great to see her again and to run through the streets of a new city! Take a look at the Seoul Flyers webpage carefully, and you might find a few things written by me! I spent four years living in Seoul and it is one of my favourite cities and is a place where I made some amazing friends... and ran thousands of kilometres!
